Memory and Enzymes

Do you forget where you put something?
Do you lose things more often these days?
Is your recollection of facts not good these days?

Memory is a common area of frustration as we get older. Although many people report memory problems their whole life. And they have spent countless of dollars exploring techniques to improve their memory. This also includes supplements and drinks and tapes.
I have seen food allergies to be contributing , low thyroid, vitamin deficiency and/or eating too many processed foods.

some of my recommendations include yoga, and other aerobic exercise. Improving circulation is key!! meditation, eating wholesome raw organic food, lots of bright colors to supply those antioxidants and chlorophyll. And one enzyme that really stands out is a circulation enzyme. this has vitamin C, vitamin E, collinsonia root, horse chestnut grapeseed extract, gotu kola, ginkgo biloba bilberry fruit, butcher's broom and quercetin combined with protease enzyme. It improves circulation, brain power, vascular integrity, and even does wonders with sexual libido. Fantastic enzyme formula. I love it. But if you are having surgery - don't take this enzyme about 10 days prior, or may cause excessive bruising.
Otherwise try it, really can bring back that brain power and may help slow down this steadily decline in memory as we age.
