sinus infection

My daughter mentioned to me this afternoon that one of her swim mates had a severe sinus infection and it has been going on for quite sometime. She has been on every antibiotic you can name. And yet she sounds more congested, feels worse and is frustrated. i said to my daugther, this is where enzymes can be profoundly successful.
With sinus infection, i firstly have them remove all foods that are yeast or fungus provoking, because chronic sinus infection is usually a systemic yeast problem. So remove from the diet, grains, sugars, dairy, cream, vinegar, and alcohol. (which hopefull a young person will not be indulging in). And eat more protein, vegetables, fruit, beans, nuts
Take a digestive enzyme before each meal (carbohydrate enzyme is probably the best)
Take protease (an enzyme that is a great antiinflammatory, antibacterial and immune booster) at least every hour.
Take a probiotic, (lactobacillus, bifidobacillus ) at least twice a day.
Take a vitamin C enzyme blend at least 4 times a day.
This is my recipe for sinus infection. Again diet is key and protease is a miracle
